Refund Policy

When will I receive my order?

After you have successfully submitted your order, our customer service team will perform a verification process and inform you as soon as possible when the order will arrive (for example within 3 days). Also, you can follow up on your request through the application.

 


Return and exchange policy:


1- Match's return and exchange policy depends on the return policy of each of the different stores that contract with it.

 

2-The customer must pay a reservation deposit of 50% for any order whose value is more than 5000 Egyptian pounds, through one of the available payment methods (Fawry - bank transfer - credit card).

 

3-The customer is not entitled to refund the deposit if he cancels the order without reasons.


4-Item must be inspected upon delivery and refused to be received if any visible damage, discrepancy, or missing items. Reasons for rejection such as the following reasons (wrong colors–wrong sizes–Wrong materials–wrong dimensions–defective product–Packaging problem).

 

5-In the event of any missing part or apparent defect; It must be reported within 48 hours of the date of delivery stating the nature of the damage/error/lack by using 3 photos or 1 video via social media platforms or email.

 

6-If there are no manufacturing defects in the product. In the event that a customer's opinion of a product changes, manufactured-to-order products are not eligible for returns.

 

7-In case of any damage due to shipping, please contact us via our social media platform or email within 24 hours of delivery to report it using at least 3 photos or 1 video showing the damage to issue a return request or exchange for your product.

 

8-When will the paid amount be refunded?

The process of refunding the amount paid begins once it is confirmed that the product has been returned to Match. The refund process takes 5 to 14 days

 

9- Match provides a cash or bank refund process for the customer. The method of refunding the amount depends on the method of payment via bank transfer to the account number of the customer to ensure that the amount reaches the customer directly and securely. Or by cash after verifying his personal data from the ID card.

 

10-For any requests or inquiries please come back to us. any contract or agreement done between the customer and the manufacturer must be reported to MATCH immediately by max next day during business hours otherwise MATCH is not responsible by any means for this deal or agreement.
