These Terms of Use define an agreement between you and the Match platform. It governs your use of the products and services we offer through our website and apps collectively referred to as “MATCH.”

Use MATCH
• (Registration.) Access to certain functions of the MATCH platform will require registration with us. If you register with MATCH, you agree to provide us with information about you and that we handle the personally identifiable information you provide as part of your registration in accordance with our Site Privacy Policy.
• You can register for MATCH using a third-party service (e.g., Facebook); You give us permission to access, store and use your information from that Service as permitted by that Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. If you believe your account has been hacked or misused, contact us immediately at MATCH Customer Support.
• (Privacy Policy) You can access our privacy policy at any time through the Privacy Policy. By accessing the MATCH platform, you agree to accept the Privacy Policy, regardless of whether you are a registered user or not.
• (Profile for sellers) If you are a professional service provider, you can create a profile as a seller. If you do so, you give us the right to include your professional profile in our directory of service providers, and you will be able to communicate with others on the MATCH platform while being identified by your professional profile. Your profile is subject to our Professional Profile Policy.
• MATCH reserves the absolute right in its sole discretion to suspend your use of the Website or the Service permanently or temporarily at any time and for any reason, without any notice or liability to you. We may terminate your account at any time for any or no reason, including if you violate any of the MATCH policies. Upon termination of your use of the Service, certain provisions will survive termination.
Acceptable use
As part of the MATCH Use Policy, you agree not to use the Information, the Services, or any other part of the MATCH Platform to take any action or actions that:
• Conflict with MATCH's public image, goodwill or reputation.
• You may not promote any illegal activity or content, including but not limited to child or animal abuse, violence, illegal drug use, and underage drinking.
• You may not infringe our or any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary right, right of publicity or privacy.
• Express or imply that any of your statements, activities or reasons are approved by us, without our prior written consent in each case.
• You violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation, or encourage any conduct that could constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.
• Transmit any trade secret or other material or non-public information about any person, company or entity without permission to do so.
• Restrict or prevent any other visitor from using the MATCH platform, including, without limitation, by "hacking" or defacing any part of the MATCH platform. Modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the MATCH platform.
• Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained on the MATCH platform.
• License, sell, rent, transfer or assign any rights under the Terms to any third party, or commercially exploit or profit from the information or content of the MATCH platform, or any part thereof, in any way, except as expressly permitted herein.
-Distribute any viruses, worms, or other similar or harmful files, scripts, or programming routines.
• Interfere with or disrupt any services or equipment with the intent to cause an excessive or disproportionate load on the infrastructure of MATCH, its licensors or suppliers.
• Use any robot, spider, on-site search/retrieval application, or other device, manual or automated process to retrieve, index or "data-mining" the MATCH Platform or otherwise reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the MATCH Platform "MATCH" or its contents, authentication and security procedures.
• Carry out any form of network monitoring or operate a network analyzer, packet sniffer or other technology to intercept, decrypt, extract or display any packets used to communicate between MATCH servers or any data not intended for you.
• Harvest or collect information about any visitors or members of the MATCH platform without their express consent.
• Contains no reference to or similarity to any identifiable third parties, unless consent is obtained from all such individuals and their parents/legal guardian if they are under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.
Your content
• Define your content. The MATCH platform allows you to post data, including but not limited to photos, profile pictures, messages, and comments. You may also post reviews of third-party service providers, third-party products, or third-party services ("Feedback"). All material you submit on the MATCH platform will be collectively referred to as “Your Content” and you are responsible for it to the platform. You acknowledge and agree that as part of using the MATCH Platform, Your Content may be viewed by the general public and will not be treated as private or confidential.
• License and permission to use your content. You hereby grant us, our affiliates, licensors and sublicensees, without compensation to you or others, a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide license (including the right to sublicense through multiple levels) to publicly offer modify or prepare derivative works or publish, transmit and distribute Your Content, or any part thereof, throughout the world in any format, media or distribution method (whether now known or hereafter created) for the term of any copyright or other rights in your content.

Further, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive, represent and covenant not to assert any moral rights you may have in your Content. If you identify yourself by name or provide a photo, audio or video recording of yourself, you further authorize us, our affiliates, licensors and sub-licensees, without compensation to you or others, to reproduce, print, publish and publish in any format or medium. Further, with respect to your content in the form of images, and subject to MATCH product and user experience considerations: (a) we will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain attribution of such images as provided by you, and (b) we will not license or sublicense to third parties For single images or groups of images, except in each case for MATCH business purposes.
• "MATCH's Business Purposes" means any use in connection with a MATCH -branded or co-branded website, application, publication, or service, or any use to advertise, market, or promote the MATCH platform, the services, or the information it contains, or its affiliates.
INCLUDES MATCH's business purpose is specifically to use Your Content on the MATCH platform in connection with the features and functionality that MATCH provides to our users that enable them to view and interact with Your Content.
• Your responsibilities for your content. By posting Your Content on the MATCH Platform, you represent and warrant to us that you have the ownership rights or have obtained all necessary licenses or permissions from any necessary parties, to use Your Content in this manner. This includes obtaining the right to grant us the rights to use Your Content in accordance with this Agreement. You are in the best position to judge whether your content infringes the intellectual property rights or personal rights of any third party; You assume full responsibility for avoiding infringement of the intellectual property rights or personal rights of others with respect to your Content. You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any of these Terms of Use, any of our copyright and trademark policy, or any applicable law or regulation. You agree to pay all royalties, fees, and any other monies owed to anyone by reason of Your Content.
•Border. We reserve the right to edit, shorten or remove Your Content, in whole or in part, for any reason (which may include a reported violation of the Terms of Use or the Copyright and Trademark Policy). We reserve the right to modify, refuse to post, or remove Your Content submitted by you for any reason without notice.
• Reviews
- MATCH may enable you to post comments on your content.
• The website is simply a channel of communication, where users can meet and interact with each other in order to buy and sell merchandise.
• MATCH does not sell or buy merchandise, cannot be a party to any transaction and is not obligated in any way on behalf of the seller or buyer using the site.
• Match does not guarantee that the buyer or seller will accept the transaction or that the seller will accept the return or refund of the price.
• Users will not be held liable for the content, actions, reactions, merchandise, or information they display
• MATCH is not responsible for non-compliance or conclusion of a contract between (users), nor is it responsible for the transfer of legal ownership of the goods from seller to buyer. As the contract for the sale of any goods will be bilateral between the seller and the buyer. The Platform has no right, power or interest in any Goods, nor does it have any obligation or claims in respect of such Goods for which a contract has been entered into between Buyer and Seller.
• MATCH is not responsible for any unsatisfactory or late performance by any of the parties, nor for any loss, malfunction or delay due to unavailability of goods or delayed delivery.
• MATCH is not required to mediate or resolve any dispute or dispute between users.
• MATCH does not control or guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any advertised commodity. It does not control the truthfulness of users as to the contents and what they include in the description of their goods, nor the ability of sellers to market their goods or the buyer's payment for the goods.
• MATCH does not guarantee the quality, value or marketability of products and it is the responsibility of the seller and buyer to check all goods before selling them.
• MATCH is not a supplier or manufacturer of any kind of goods sold or purchased on the site.
• MATCH does not provide or guarantee user specifications for legality, reliability, or identity.
• MATCH is not responsible for the level of security of any links (link) outside the site and if the link address on the pages of MATCH is displayed on the pages of third parties, and it does not guarantee that there are no viruses or any harmful material means, you know and agree that it is not responsible for the content or existence such sites.
• Users are required to agree between themselves only the terms and conditions of delivery and payment, among themselves, because MATCH is not responsible for such arrangements, and only offers optional services for shipping and payment facilitation.
• MATCH does not accept any claims arising from errors or omissions, whether obtained by third parties or third parties.
